At the very tender age of 18 the stunner that is Sarah Vandella began to work as an exotic dancer in clubs around the Long Island area but then after some time she moved to Las Vegas where she worked as an escort. With looks like hers and the fact that she was an escort in the crazy city of Las Vegas it wasn’t very long before the adult film business came knocking at her door.
